Well... I finally had a crash yesterday. full crash - couldn't move, felt sick, was shaking etc etc etc
I hate it when that happens... apart from all the 'dealing with it' stuff... I always feel sooo guilty about stopping others from doing what they want to do so that they can look after me. I hate having to put people out - even when they don't see it as being put out!
Stupid illness... stupid life... stupid world... stupid stupid stupid...
at least I made scones and pancakes yesterday so i have stuff to eat......
